A friendly atmosphere will welcome you in the renovated ancient farmhouse, that hosts the Ca' Landello Restaurant in Noventa di Piave.
A country-chic place where you will have the chance to taste the dishes of the Venetian tradition revisited in a modern key and only made with high quality local products.
The Restaurant is located in a strategic position, in the proximity of the Noventa-San Donà di Piave exit of the A4 highway Venice-Trieste. It is surrounded by the Prosecco and Cabernet vineyards: a splendid frame for lunches and dinners among friends, for family anniversaries, for business meetings and for your important events.
Ca' Landello is equipped with different types of rooms, from the wide inner room, to the veranda from where the guests can admire the beautiful natural landscape of the vineyards, to the small private room, to the “vecia cusina” (old kitchen) decorated with the country style of the ancient kitchens, to the attic (the old granary): a wide area for private events.
The dishes are wisely accompanied by local wines and an interesting selection of great italian and international wines.
The philosophy of Ca’ Landello reflects the local culture made of hospitality, conviviality and search for quality. For this reason the restaurant offers to its guests a cuisine full of culture, narrated by dishes that follow the rhythm of seasons and of the local products, respecting the tradition and the tastes of this territory.
As for the appetizers, Ca’ Landello cuisine is inspired by seasonal recipes and offers typical courses such as sliced ham on the bone, stewed snails, fried artichokes, seasonal vegetables and “radici e fasioi” (a local kind of chicory and beans), which is a very typical dish of the Veneto region.
Our first courses are a hymn to the authenticity and to the traditional home-made cuisine. We propose: home-made pasta, the “Grumolo delle Abbadesse” rice, durum wheat pasta from the best Italian pasta factories and the traditional “pasta e fasioi” (a soup with short pasta and beans).
With our main courses the typical intense flavors of the Venetian cuisine come to life. Among other dishes, we propose liver “alla veneziana” (cooked with onions), braised veal cheeks, free-range chicken and grilled heifer on the bone steaks, all served with a seasonal side dish.
For every dish, we recommend the specific wine which best exalts its taste: wine labeled Sutto, Batiso and Polje, as well as a wide range of great national and international wines. To conclude, we propose the desserts created by our pastry chef and inspired by seasonal products.
The dishes could change during the seasons, because most of the products we use for our dishes come directly from our trusted supplier.
